God Speaks.
Timothy 3:15–17
[15] and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. [16] All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, [17] that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. (ESV)
God speaks to us through the Bible. In the Bible, we learn how to receive salvation by trusting in Jesus Christ (v15). In the Bible, we hear the very breath of God (v16)! And through the Bible, we can be equipped to serve God (v17).
Each week in our Sunday gathering, we hear the scriptures read and a talk based on the primary scripture reading. We aim to preach the Word of God faithfully, and we do this as we teach the whole counsel of God, showing the unfolding storyline of God’s plan of salvation culminating in Jesus.
